Playing has set up a North-South cooperation system through sporting events in Spain, the proceeds of which go towards creating schools in The Gambia. Playing has created a sustainable business model that generates funding through sports events, turning the spectators at these events into collaborators and agents of change. Through their attendance and participation they help fund the building of schools.

The pilot project was carried out in The Gambia, where a school was built for 120 students, with a projected growth of 30 new students per year.
