Many women try to set up their own entrepreneurial projects to escape from personal situations of poverty or violence but fail to overcome the social barriers to achieve success. The María Josefina project provides these women with the support, knowledge and training they need to be able to change their luck and that of their projects. The initiative aims to change these women’s role in society by supporting them throughout the process of setting up and running their micro-enterprise.
