GOVERNING BODIES
The Board of Trustees is the highest governing and representative body of the Foundation. It is responsible for fulfilling the foundational purposes and diligently administering the assets and rights that make up the Foundation’s patrimony.
From the constitution of the Puig Foundation on 29 January 1996 until 27 September 2013, the Board of Trustees was made up of Mariano Puig Planas, Antonio Puig Planas and Josep Maria Puig Planas. Enrique Puig Planas was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundació Puig until his death on 18 September 2008.
