Cuerda Firme – Circo Social del Sur
The project focuses on young people in vulnerable situations. The main purpose is to promote artistic, personal, community and social development through circus arts.
The program acts as a bridge between the world of work and learning. First, Cuerda Firme develops and fosters skills such as empathy, creativity, leadership, teamwork, and communication. It also accompanies its young participants in the search for employment, in finding work in companies or following through their entrepreneurial ventures. And finally, the third stage is to transfer the model to other organizations.
